YES.
Many of the properties we buy are in need of some improvement, which is why they are harder to sell through Estate Agents. |

A FASTER OPTION?
|
Achieving your desired price through an auction can be a lottery, you have to wait for the next auction in your area to happen, you have auction fees (2-3%) to pay and completion can take weeks, even months. |

HOW DOES THE PRICE YOU PAY COMPARE WITH WHAT I WOULD GET – IF I SOLD THROUGH AN ESTATE AGENT?

It depends on a number of factors – including the type and location of the property. We normally require a discount off the open market value of between 15% - 25%.
(OPEN MARKET VALUE – is the price you could expect to achieve within 3 months, if selling the property through an estate agent.) |

NO.
It’s strictly confidential. We don’t put up a 'FOR SALE' or 'SOLD' sign, nobody will know about the sale. |
